SLY-TAI

The king of Tiki cocktails. This upgraded Mai-Tai has been given the SLY DOG treatment and is the ultimate summer cocktail. Super simple and deserves to be enjoyed in the sun.

Ingredients

60ml SLY DOG Spiced Rum

25ml Cointreau

25ml Fresh Lime Juice

20ml Orgeat Syrup

30ml Pineapple or Orange Juice

Dash of Grenadine

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and combine SLY DOG Spiced Rum, Cointreau, lime juice, orgeat syrup and fresh juice.

2. Strain over ice into a rocks glass.

3. Add a dash of grenadine.

4. Garnish with whatever takes your fancy.
